CIDA's Creative Industries Helpline provides a one-to-one tailored information, advice and guidance telephone service to people working in the arts or creative businesses.
By calling 08000 111 633 you will be connected to an experienced arts professional who is able to advise callers on the best sources of information on a range of issues that face people working in creative businesses.
The helpline is operational Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm with an answer phone message service available at all other times.
Enquiries can also be made via email to helpline@cida.org, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
The CIDA Creative Industries Helpline is a new innovative service which will be supported by the CIDA Creative Portal.
