Casting Workshops for Actors 10am to 5pm
The workshop aims to give the client valuable insight into the casting process from the
perspective of an experienced casting director. The workshop includes advice of how to improve and
refine an actors' audition, interview and reading/performance techniques. The participants will
learn how to apply basic acting skills to the needs and requirements of performance for commercials
and television acting. Working individually and then in small groups, actors will gain confidence
in real interview and audition situations, all of which is shot on camera and observed with
constructive comments which the actor can then use for future auditions. In addition to this the
group will discuss the importance of presentation and the effects of good and bad marketing to
industry insiders.
