Screen Yorkshire's Script-reading serviceScreen Yorkshire is delighted to be able to offer a professional script reading service to companies and individuals based in the Yorkshire and Humber region starting immediately. This service covers both feature film scripts and television projects as well as detailed treatments. Please note this service is not available to short film scripts.
The service will include an assessment by Screen Yorkshire staff of the project's potential in terms of attracting interest with broadcasters and financiers, and the chances of it securing funding for further development, including from the Screen Yorkshire Production Fund.
We will also commission a detailed script analysis from one or more readers who have considerable industry experience and expertise.
If you are a limited company, a sole trader or a partnership, then the first use of the service is FREE. Any subsequent use of the service will be chargeable at the rates below. These rates are the same for any individual who would like to use the service:
SERVICE RATES
- Treatment (up to 20 pages) - £40
- Treatment (from 20-40 pages) - £60
- Treatment (over 40 pages)- £80
- Screenplay (up to 120 pages) - £100
- Screenplay (over 120 pages) - £150
- TV episode (up to 60 pages)- £60
