Work Placement Hosts
Could you give someone the opportunity to get their foot in the door of the creative industries
and offer them valuable work experience and skills development to help them getting closer to their
dream job? CIDA will provide administrative support in terms of contracts and writing a job
description.

Placement hosts will have the opportunity to interview potential candidates and will be expected to
contribute £75 per week to a trainings allowance. CIDA will contribute a further £75. Placements
start from January 2008.
The Creative Futures programme is run by CIDA (Creative Industries Development Agency) and is
funded by Yorkshire Forward through the West Yorkshire Skills Investment Plan.
