What is more important, quality, design or price?

Quality, quality, quality but must be at a good price.

Do you think all artists / designers need to have a website?

A resounding YES.

Is it possible to sell artwork from a website or by mail order?

Yes.

Do you know of any sources of funding available for a website, marketing and self-promotion?

Arts Council?  Partnership Fund?  Arts and Business?

No one has received any funding or knew of anything for sure.
