It will also give writers the opportunity to find out how they can be involved in the Inscribe programme, based at Peepal Tree Press in Leeds, which has been set up for the professional development of writers of colour.
(The reading is open to anyone; the workshop/surgery is specifically open to writers of colour to encourage and assist these writers in the York area. Writers can also book to arrange to see me individually about their manuscript too, if they choose.)
