If you are looking to employ new IT staff, our "Apprenticeships for IT Professionals" scheme is a highly cost effective way of recruiting enthusiastic young people to your organisation.

This successful programme will enable you to recruit a young person with entry-level qualifications and, in partnership with Leeds College of Technology, they can develop their skills in IT installation, maintenance and support.

Day-release training, qualifications and on-the-job assessment are offered FREE OF CHARGE and the college can also assist with finding and recruiting the ideal candidate. Your only financial commitment would be to pay the Apprentice a modest training wage.

There are many advantages to recruiting an Apprentice:

• Apprenticeships offer a structured method of recruiting, training and retaining young staff for your business requirements
• Apprentices learn while they work, so their knowledge is up-to-date
• Because much of their training is on-the-job, the practical skills they gain are the ones that are appropriate to your business
