ROAR was set up three years ago by a group of professional artists working in Rotherham with
four principal aims:
- To support professional artists and arts organisations working in Rotherham
- To provide a “one stop shop” for statutory bodies, community organisations, businesses, schools
and other organisations wanting to access professional artists
- To establish an independent arts centre in Rotherham
- To be a key player in the regeneration of Rotherham through the arts
With support from Arts Council England we want to appoint a dynamic and creative individual,
ideally with experience in arts management, who will take on this organisation to fulfil the above
aims, and place ROAR at the centre of the regeneration process in Rotherham.
The post is initially for two years. Salary: £30598 per annum
